📆 Booking & Payment
Full Payment is required to secure your session.
❌ Rescheduling & Cancellations
Rescheduling is free with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made:
– More than 48 hours before the session starts: no fee
– Between 48 and 24 hours before the session starts: 50% of the session price is non-refundable
– Less than 24 hours before the session starts or in case of no-show: 100% of the session price is non-refundable
Late arrivals may result in reduced shoot time.
⏰ Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late and have not contacted us, the session will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Delays within that 15-minute window may shorten your session time unless otherwise arranged.
📸 Photo Delivery & Use
• Edited photos are delivered in high-resolution via a private online gallery.
• Galleries remain online for 30 days.
• You may use the images for personal use and sharing. For commercial use, please inquire.
🚘 Travel Fees
• No extra charge for sessions booked in Lisbon, Cascais, or central Sintra.
• Travel fees may apply for remote areas or special requests.
📑 Terms & Conditions
● All images remain the copyright of Wanderlight Lisboa Photography and may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
● By booking a session, clients agree to the outlined policies and to participate in a relaxed, respectful creative process.
● Turnaround times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on season and demand.
● Clients are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings during outdoor sessions.
● Prices are subject to change but are locked in once a session is confirmed.
● Session time includes any walking or transitioning between photo locations.
● Images are delivered as high-resolution JPEG files. RAW files are not provided.
● Any special requests must be communicated and agreed upon before the session date.
● Late arrivals will shorten the session time unless otherwise arranged.
● Refunds are not available for completed sessions unless agreed in advance due to exceptional circumstances.
